In any time other than this one, that would seem like a great deal for the seller. My guess is the winged PDK cars settle in at about $10-$20K under MSRP when the dust settles in six months or so.
Looks like my car did not last a week lol. They sold that FAST!
Paid me 24k over and got what looks like 45k over lol. I guess this market is not slowing down, good for them.
Well no one pays the asking price… so it could have been anything and 5-10 over what they gave you would make more sense. There were 230-240k msrp cars listed in the 250s.
Might want to have a giant disclaimer with sofas. I think it's a good value in this market despite what might be taken as higher values based on others available as well.

Seller doesn't seem overly displeased, but I'd personally pay the extra 20k for that Chalk manual car a member here has in the classifieds.
I think there is a penalty for winged PDK cars with sofas. On a Touring, where there is no presumption of track use, that sofa penalty is less. But on a PDK car with a wing, (or on an RS), the sofas seem odd to me. Even as a newbie, I was sliding all over the place around the track in the 18 ways when I went to the Porsche Track Experience, having to jam my legs up against the center console to brace my weight. Yes, they're more comfortable for street driving - no question.

I think you underestimate what a Porsche dealer will get for cars. I’m sure they got very very close to ask if not ask.
But i do agree this market makes no sense to me

so there is a "penalty" if you drive your RS on the track (apparently that devalues these cars greatly) and a "penalty" for having sofa seats which would imply minimal track use? sounds contradicting to me
sofas are very comfortable and honestly in my experience I did not find any considerable loss of stability in the sofas compared to the LWBs and I experience this every week so perhaps the fact you are a newbie has something to do with your tragic experience.
The LWBs look better and probably lighter than the sofas but I would never say they will throw you around on the track such that you have to jam your legs against the center console
