Nope, not a real job. I'm too lazy to work and too honest to steal. Only one option left paying for fast cars and bikes. I had to become a pilot.

No inheritance here other than my father's good work ethic.

Tech founder who successfully exited in a positive transaction two years ago. Finishing out last years of contract and intend to retire at 54 at the end of that agreement.

In the meantime it is 12 hour days, managing a global team of 105..mostly talking to and staring at screens. Provides ample time to cruise RL as a great distraction and break.

Co-founded a tech company in 2008, which I successfully sold in 2018. Too young to retire, so busy setting up new tech company. Same business model, other industry. Exciting.

And then there are real estate investments, independent board memberships, PE investments, .... Never thought my professional life would be so versatile, having started with a lawschool degree.

Sales manager at an established fintech software company. Didn't come from a wealthy background, and still not wealthy! I went through a number of M cars before the GT4, still secretly a BMW guy at heart. At my current rate of tracking, the cost will probably put my retirement back by 5 years. I definitely cant enjoy a whiskey and browse BaT or it will be more like 10. Just need someone to offer me a 992 GT3 allocation to make it 15

Investment banking in NYC here. But I've made more (accidentally) in real estate since I bought it in Toronto,,,,

I think he invented the Airbag, but a flying drop of hot grease popped it.

Did consulting and R&D early on while in uni. Co-founded a small tech company. Built websites in my downtime and still occasionally do. Now hands are tied in manufacturing, procurement, distribution and retail; specifically in the automative aftermarket sector. Any free time leftover is spent either driving and pitching ideas (sometimes simultaneously) to colleagues or in consulting with joint venture partners. Collect, trade, and enjoy cars and watches but don't really consider this a job as I usually sell at a loss
