While I've never owned a base GT3, I do own a GT4 and 991 RS and a 488 GTB. The 488 is by far the most daily drivable car of the bunch - and it should since it's not a track focused variant.

Ferrari FF and Lusso are designed as daily drivers.
The seats in the 488 are not track oriented seats (although very sporty) and are extremely comfortable as a daily use.
The F12 (and 812) is a long distance cruiser
People are putting 20-30k miles on their Californias (now Portofino)

F-cars are very easy to drive on a daily basis. More so than the Porsche GT cars.

btw, I dd 997 gt3 and 348 spider for 5 yrs each. were about equal despite manual steering and roof in Ferrari. gt3 was awful suspension on bad roads.
Nice suspension on both cars. GT3 suspension is less forgiving - and, due to the lack of wheel well and carriage insulation - has way more road noise. Every pebble....

Both can be stiffened /softened with the push of a button as well as optioned with suspension lifter. But, the GT3 is a natural-born front end scraper.

Daily drove California, 458 Spider, GT3 and AMG GTS. GT3 worst daily driver of the 4.

GT3 is bullet proof, love to see F cars with 100K miles. No snow, very little rain makes the GT3 a great DD.

I own 2018 Touring, 2016 RS and a 2016 488. The GT cars are much worse than the 488 for daily driving. As far as 100k miles, here is one with 120k miles:

Myself and other actual owners have all said the same thing. F cars are perfectly fine for daily driving. GT cars while awesome and engaging, are a bit more difficult for the day to day duties.

How many F-cars have you owned? How many have you daily driven for at least 2 years? What kind of issues have you had?

Just as I thought. Spouting meritless opinion as fact.

Typical.

Typical ?
Owned a Cali
Drove it one year, nothing but a headache. I would not trust it over 50k Miles let alone 100k
Maintenance was of course free, but repair bills, would hate to be off warranty with any F car.
Again
Typical what ?

Agree would not own outside of warranty. I had an extended the OEM warranty so it had superior coverage to the New Power warranty after the initial 3 years but it was not cheap.

What issues did you have? My 10 Cali was issue free aside from a couple sticky buttons replaced under warranty.

My 458 had a dead battery replaced under warranty within the first 6 months and the folding roof needed a part from Maranello so I couldn't fold the roof for a couple weeks but still drove it everyday to work.

Would never own an F car out of warranty, the repair bills are astronomical.

You've emphatically stated that the .2 RS is a financial stretch and requires a 10 or 20 year loan.

Just curious how you afforded a relatively new 13 Cali which I assume you owned in 2013-14 before or at the same time as your 991 GT3 which you daily drove for 2 years and turned in a year ago?

Calis lose the most money out of any Ferrari. Lots of depreciation. Must have been a 30-40k hit in one year to drive and sell that Cali.

At least he didn't own a new FF/Lusso for a year. Talk about depreciation!

Yeah- Lusso and FF are great purchases 2 years later. They are amazing cars but would never buy one new.
