One pulled up on the front hoop at leading edge of seat and pushed or pulled. Car is amazing. Have a lot to learn about turning on radio, putting it into drive, etc. Amazing acceleration!!

OK, my bad. I checked the sticker and they are Daytona Racing seats. Which adjust at the front of the seat by pulling a metal hoop and then one pushes or pulls the seat to the right fore and aft position. The seat rake is a **** on the side. Did a test ride in that model. Compared that to the demo model (Daytona Style Seats) they had on the floor which had the fully electric, adjustable seats with heat! Drove the demo home. Love it!

And please don’t turn this into a 488 vs GT3 argument. As an owner of both I find these comparisons silly as I have equal affection for both Porsche and Ferrari.

too many discussions today are too polarizing for no reason whatsoever. I know some will want to say 488 sucks, GT3 is better. Or vice versatility. The rational ones will appreciate both cars for what they are.
Agreed, have car swapped with a friend who has a GT3, completely different and you gotta love them for what they are. Still amazing how much Porsche packed into the GT3 and while I am currently out of garage space till new home is done I would rather limit the number of 2 seater only cars in my household, my boys (2 of them) like to go places with me and 488 creates too much weekend drama. Sorry to photo bomb thought some of you might like this pic..

so you have the gold rake seats (racing seats) with the Daytona inserts- basically the most expensive option. Congrats.

i never understood the need for electric seats in these cars. I mean I’m the only one driving so I set the seat position once and set it and forget it. Electric seats make it easy to change the seat position- I don’t give a damn about making it easy for someone else to change my seat position.

I have a 991.2 GT3 and am currently looking for an used 488 as a replacement..My personal 'must haves' are the Forged alloys and Goldrake racing seats..The two i'm looking at are very different specs although similar prices but both have my aforementioned 'must haves'.
One is Nero with Nero inside with Giallo dials and belts with all the carbon fiber both inside and outside; the other is Rosso Corsa with Nero leather and RC stitching, belts etc but no Carbon fiber at all except the sill plates..I like both combos but think all the c/f in the Nero car adds ambience..The Nero car has rear camera and the RC has sensors..Both have AFS lights..
What do you lot think on these two ?

mine is RC so I’m partial to that but the Nero is better species. The CF is probably 25k in options so if price and miles are similar, the Nero is a better deal. And it has rear camera which comes in very handy.

but you have to decide which color you like best. My must have option is gold rake seats. I would not buy a Ferrari without them so since both have these, it’s a toss up.

I make my wife park her Cayenne Turbo outside hehehe Anyhow to your point I would do it, the LussoV12 is just such an amazing car that its almost impossible to couple properly. It does everything so well and messes with you because you know you want a different experience at times so I have hunted and hunted and finally arrived to the 488 being exotic, versatile, and fun to really give you a unique experience. Even at that nothing compares to that V12 couple with the perfect gearbox they have in the car, I have been driving it almost everyday for the last 7 months and not once did I think about giving it up, she will be around for a long time! Try and get one with a lot of carbon inside because its amazing how its designed inside. Anyhow sorry to derail thread.. again my vote is 488, its literally twice the cost of the GT3 not fair to compare, maybe if you tried asking a GT2RS GT3RS or 488 you would get me really split because those have the look in addition to all the performance and to me that kind of matters a bit when you are spending a ton of money.
