Games? Ferrari made you buy their Turd looking FF before allowing you a first allocation level model
Porsche seem like they are friendly customer focused in comparison.

Buying cars to get on an "MSRP" list isn't too smart. They sell you cars and end up screwing you over anyway.
Pretty much buying an ADM on tanking depreciation on a Panny or Cayenne.

Those that spend years on lists and getting all upset, is it worth your time? A buyer could jump on board with a $15K ADM or so overnight and save all the headaches. Some people's time is worth more than years of dealer tricks. Most can make more $$ doing other things related to their career.

I don't actually think those V070 orders are in any way meaningful.

its a gauge for Porsche to see how many clients are ready to buy a GT3. do they actually determine the amount of GT3 allocations? no.

I think that's the idea when it comes to other models, but in the case of GT cars, Porsche knows they'll sell every single one they send to a dealer and that every dealer will take every one they're offered and have lists of buyers bigger than the amount of cars they'll get. So in this case, it's just not relevant.

I think it is relevant if the buyer is known to Porsche and has a history with them. They will award cars and not award cars based upon past behavior.

Something is wrong in that statement. If the buyer has been buying Porsches why wouldn't the buyer be awarded newer Porsches based on historical data that they have been purchasing Porsches?

In Canada flipping cars for immediate profit to others is frowned upon. Purchasing for the purpose of export will get someone on the do not sell list for premium cars.

Congrats! Happy for you.

I'm also in the process of buying a car and realizing how stressful the process of buying GT car is. GL

Sorry I misunderstood you. I meant to say here in USA regular Porsche buyers who buys Porsches every year and sometimes they buy multiple Porsche models in a year. These types of buyers need to be catered upon as they have established that relationship.

Now, the "Flippers" you mentioned, then they don't deserve the allocation if all they do is flip the car for money.

I was being sarcastic. There's no way I'm getting an allocation at this point
