    Hi,
    Thanks for the note. What are you calling a 'cap'?
    If you are referring to a sleeve that protects the threaded area I made one on my 3D printer.
    Interesting that you are in Seattle. Im over on the East side of the Microsoft main campus on Bel-Red road.
    Also, I ordered a short stick of Delrin Friday and will try it out. I want to take off my front wheels to access the fasteners that hold the front apron on as I want to add some radar detector items up front and replace the center radiator at the same time. I bought the car used and the center radiator looks like a lot of small stones have hit it in the 30k miles before I bought it. I have been borderline paranoid about taking off the wheels because I have PCCB brakes and dont want to damage them. Hopefully the guide will help prevent that from happening.
