My 3RS is also on Shanghai Highway after Oct 16 completion. I was told it is due to arrive Benicia port on Dec 3 or 6th; didn't know it's stopping over in Houston, and if it is, should be earlier than Dec 8, I hope.

It doesn't stop in Houston, I purchased the car from a San Francisco dealership. When I talked to the dealership yesterday they believed in a Dec 8th arrival date. https://www.vesselfinder.com/?imo=9294343

Love it!! It's good to see another person with gold wheels. I feel weird that I am getting them as a lot of people from all stripes have looked at me funny for wanting gold wheels. I love them and maybe it has to do with the fact I have owned multiple STIs and just love the gold wheels on them.
Are most people getting black or silver wheels? I think the reason so many people look at me funny is (I assume) gold wheels aren't much of a porsche thing, but I know someone here will tell me if I am wrong. Either way, I think it's full speed ahead with the gold wheels for me.

Regardless, my Weissach wheels (BBS Magnesium) hopefully will arrive soon.
