I have a viper green GT3 on the way, I love that color. The depth/clarity is Uber nice. When I saw lizard it had that washed out look, the same washed out look as Miami blue. If people actually see Lizard in person and can accept that shade of Green Day after day, more power to them. I have a white RS build submitted as I think lizard looks like puke.

On a 200k car, it's an incredible gamble to spec lizard without seeing it in person, both indoor lighting and outside lighting. Remember you have to deal with color of RS everyday. I have a viper green GT3 in production and it looks nothing like lizard. PAG launched the lizard as no greens have been optioned since the 997. I think it's crazy to spec Miami blue without seeing it in person.

Hey, Dude, I love Miami Blue.........X9 months (2018 718 Miami Blue CS). I guess our color (colour) perception is vastly different. Having said that I still appreciate the heads up. Enjoy your GT3.....Viper Green is pretty cool.

Nothing wrong with liking Miami blue, but I hope you saw it in person before writing the check. Same goes with Lizard, before you commit you need to see it in person. I was fortunate to see it in person, and again I love the greens. Lizard had too much neon. Add in lizard interior it's overkill and too much for day after day ownership. Guess I'll be one of the few white RS's

MB pretty awesome color in person imo. Haven't seen LG yet in person. And I like LO also. LO, MB and LG will all be endeared years down the road.

Glad Miami blue worked out for you, but I hope you saw it in person prior to writing the check. Too many people get hung up without seeing the color in person and it's a letdown for most expecting blue.

Doesn't matter what the color (colour) you chose is if it works for you, then it works. After all we have the two little letters after the GT designation RS.

Never said I wrote a check for MB car. Just saying I like it and most of the color palette Porsche has to offer right now.

My last car was Uv. Next is RY.

I agree with you, this color palette for the .RS is very solid, something for everyone. The prior RS color palette was abysmal. With more colors come more choices, a good thing. Some of these exotic colors must be seen in person before committing. Hell I spend more time in my cars than my wife, I must know for sure if I like the color under direct and indirect lighting.

I would skip the red dials, they don't flow well with lizard green interior, also would go black wheels to match all the exterior black bits. I think the lizard interior is a bit too much, along with lizard exterior. Since your brake calipers are red, I would match red dials with red seatbelts. If you keep lizard exterior ( u must see in person ) then skip lizard interior with the black/platinum interior to tie in the red seatbelts/dials. You can also option red deviated stitching too. The RS is an in your face car and both lizard green interior and exterior would wear on me very fast. You don't need to spec the launch unless you see it in person and will never tire from it.

I love racing yellow with contrasting black bits, add on red deviated stitching, red dials if going with irons.

This is my take on colours..All colours are subjective and are eminently suitable on different models..I have a RY GT3.2, White 981 Spyder,JB Cayenne se- hybrid and a JB Panny ST..All these cars look fantastic in their respective colours, however mix the colours and everything changes..
In the last week i have seen in the metal two different GT2 RS's: GT silver and Black and both looked fantastic however IMV Black was awesome..
I also saw a Full lizard today and i mean full lizard inside(including rollcage) and lizard rimmed wheels. It was way too much lizard for me personally and i think i will go for one of the standard flat colours.
To answer the question earlier regarding my configurator spec,it was the full lizard, however i'm now more inclined towards GR or white..

I'm in for white, works very well with all the black bits contrasting. White also works well with any liveries should one get bored. All out lizard interior/exterior would drive me nuts after a month.
