Well, if I was in your shoes, my wife would learn to like green and how to drive manual...

Sorry, I guess *your* one of those people. Not to worry, a white sports car is perfectly fine.

If PCCBs make you happy then that's ticket, though I like cheap plastic plates and plastic knives and forks for that matter.

Agreed. As I said before, all GT cars should have ceramic brakes to realize their performance potential. Ferraris have them now standard.

Regarding wives, I am happy for her to drive anything we have, but I do not buy my sports cars based on what she likes.

I used to not be a PCCB fan because of all the reasons people mention. Once you own a car with them, I am not sure I would ever buy, spec or own a car without them.

That's interesting maybe I need to dig a little deeper. As you know, there are quite a few PCCB haters out there, and they enumerate a laundry list of shortcomings.

haha, well, I tend to end up liking what she picks out more often than when I pick it out.... so maybe that's why. The only thing I ever chose correctly on is my wife

I did that analysis a long time ago and my brain told me not to get the PCCBs, especially if I'm going to COTA, MSR, Eagles Creek... but then I threw all of that out and said f**k it, they're cool, which is still the reason why I specced it

Yup. I get the cost issue, particularly if tracking, but performance wise, they're awesome. I'd never order a new Porsche without them. I have the same opinion about the LWBs, though I originally doubted the LWBs until I actually owned them.

Talking about really not caring what other people think and really make my PCCB fans crazy, I painted mine red to match my deviated stitching

The adage is "the most important decision in life is the choice of a mate". The "other" stuff in life takes care of itself....................

That is so cool that you had the cahones to paint them red. I'm just not a fan of yellow highlighting (stitching, belts, & even calipers),.. so this is something I could see myself doing.
