Wheel and exterior car color reflects the owners personality and so if it makes you happy that's all that matters. The only thing I want with my Porsche sports cars to have fun, and therefore, choose bold colors especially to compliment my ostentatious GT3 wing........you only go around once, so you gotta have fun.

^^ totally. If you can spec the car, it doesn't need to be said that the only rule is you are happy. With the MB spec above though with painted/CF mirrors and black LED, I think black wheels would have been the way to go IMO. YMMV

What bothers me most is I hear people say I want such and such color but I am afraid of what people will think?????? Who cares, whatever you do or choose half the people will hate it and the other half will love it........... So you need to please yourself.

I know the black PDLS lights are a big favorite* not so much for me. I'm not sure why but to me it makes the car look like it has a set of black eyes.

I am also having a hard time deciding on wheel color. I think MB looks good with all three wheel colors. I have black on the GTS and platinum on the Spyder and I think I personally like the platinum the best so I am definitely leaning in that direction. However, my opinion is that MB wears them all well.

There was another thread on this exact topic. Black leds are still pretty light and more versatile. You can change to platinum or even black wheels down the road, vs standard leds are so bright you have to stay with light colored wheels.

Anyways, I've been nerding out on collecting some pictures of MB with PCCB/black LEDs on Satin Black and Platinum.. still a tough decision. Wife is leaning black...
