I've found they all ask $25k over, but most will drop to $10k. Only dealers that wouldn't... Beverly Hills and Circle Porsche. Lots of GT3s hitting over the next month or two. Should get easier to find them.

Good research. Prices softening up very early on here.
You have to figure that there was a huge gap between 997.2 and new 991.1 and great economic times. The 991.1 GT3 and RS have absorbed a lot of demand for the GT market. Many of those owners are sitting tight and new first time buyers may not be outnumbering them. Come spring/summer you will see GT3 prices underperform what 2015 GT3's were doing at the same point in time in my opinion. Good for buyers.
Unfortunate thing is many dealers have ordered and are ordering cars with their own builds where MOST buyers want a custom build which are hard to come by. The old buyer dropped out storyline which was rarely heard with .1 and less dealer spec cars sitting in showrooms this early.

When you can buy a clean, very low mileage 2016 RS for approximately the same price as a 2018 GT3 w/ Dealer Markup, you know something's very wrong.

STG, that is really funny. A while back when I was searching various dealer web site and that annoying little chat box popped up for the millionth time, I began starting every chat session with 'What are you wearing?...'

I think the best deals will happen between Jan/Feb. When the Spring hits the market heats up again. The future is unknown so some Dealers likely to move back to MSRP in Winter.
