I bought delivery mile "take off" pccb pads and rotors and had Gavin install
Used ST spacers on caliper (pccb and steel use same caliper) to get the larger diameter disk to fit, and had to put a PCCB car hard brake line on since caliper was spaced out
Ended up less cost than buying a car with PCCB as a new option
I have new take off steel pads / rotors to sell if anyone is interested
No more steel brake cars for me

The iron cars require a spacer to be installed to push the caliper out for larger rotor
Different upright on pccb cars so no space

Found out this car at Champion was never PPF clear wrap so front has stone chips...it happens easy in 5k miles. Champion sales girl is a little reluctant to tell more about said stone chips. However dealer will not come off price either. I'm trying to find out if putting PPF over the front bumper and hood will work with the stone chips. I don't want to have to spend $ to paint the car, then PPF it.
Im a little bummed right now with all this....

plastic only, and even then most photos will exploit any panels that have been repainted.
I can’t imagine there are many people here willing to accept a 90% complete job. If it’s a throw away car I totally get it but a $200k+ GT car is art, 90% will never do.

Just to clarify for any members that want to run the PFC / Brembo type 3 or type 5, the calipers are 100% not the same on the .1 cars. If the uprights have become rotor specific then that is new for .2, but there is 1 part number for the uprights and no alternative for a PCCB/Iron car. My .2 touring will be done next week with its wrap, and I'll measure the calipers on it compared to another .2 to see if they have changed how they space things from the .1 car.
