I will update you guys when it has sold and how much if I find out.

This is is not really different than $5k for a Civic Type R or a Raptor for $10k over. Heck, Raptors a year ago were selling around me for $40k over!
Well, as I promised, I am now updating you guys. It was a black one that arrived last week and they were asking $50K over and lasted a few day days, so I am guessing it sold for that or close to it. Car has been delivered.

No MSRP for me. 15 over for a Touring build. Due in September.

My September built car was MSRP. Ridiculous how many games being played with these cars; I got hosed on prior RS when my allocation was sold out from under me to a random out of towner. Since then found a new dealer and have been MSRP with all GT purchases since. I got lucky, sadly all these games have likely resulted in well defined special customers who now get taken care of first at MSRP, then random folks who are out of town are all pay to play.

Yikes, where is that? With a little legwork these things can be found at $15k over.

You definitely are not the only one to get your GT3 above MSRP. Value is subjective, I paid over for mine and if every single other 991.2 GT3 owner paid MSRP, I couldn't care less as I'm just happy to get the car I want and I'm ok with the amount of money I had to spend to get it.

I don't think Touring pack will go for 15 over easily, at least not right now with only a handful on the streets. From my observation PDK/sofas might ask around 15, manual 20-25, and touring might be asking higher than that.

Not at all unhappy with the deal I made but would still like to know what the average ADM paid was.

I agree with this, feel lucky to get a Touring allocation for what it cost me. It will be built to my specific tastes, not a dealers.

Agree with Sam,
It is your damn money, no one should care on how you spend it.....just be happy that you have a car, especially something you can configure to your liking.
We are dwelling too much on the fact that "who can get a better deal." Happy for those who are able to get the cars at MSRP (they probably have a good relationship with the dealer and bought multiple cars).
I will continue to look for deals to share for RL members, as they did for me.

I am willing to pay a (reasonable) ADM to get a car I can configure. As long as it arrives on schedule, that is. I wouldn't pay an ADM for a car on the lot. If I'm paying a premium, I want the car 100% exactly how I want it.

I agree. I’ve got the bug to upgrade to a manual .2 GT3 from my 2016 C4S but I feel like flippers are really taking advantage. I’m almost ready to throw in the towel. Is it too much to ask for just 15-20k over?

I find myself configuring a Carrera T with carbon buckets and PCCB as a point of consideration. Also looking at used .1 GT3 but... neither of these is what I really want...

My local dealer has this for sale. MSRP is around $181k. They are a MSRP dealer but will get every penny they can from a pre-owned car!

Get a .1 GT3. They are the best bang for buck right now.
