Good to put VIN numbers with all the cars listed here to track them in the future.

PDK ADMs are significantly lower.

Yes, it seems PDK with sofas is around $10k, PDK with FBS around $15k and manual around $20k.

I've lost track how many cars for sale. Seems like dealers are fishing for buyers quite a bit.

A pre-built $200K car including ADM isn't an easy sale. Would be a lot more buyers at $150K-$170K with option to custom spec.

You get the speculators and dealers building these questionable builds thinking they have cash cows $$. Let them live with them.

Well especially now when what I would consider 2 epic .1 RS specs for sale that you could probably get for $210K - $215K with less than 1K miles. That delta is now way to close for me to not go RS beast mode.

Yup-per. I suspect the market for these cars is not as tight as it seems at first blush. Especially for the speculators when they aren't getting what they thought they were going to be able to get.

It is fun to see all the flippers losing and not even being able to get their MSRP + taxes and fees back out. Hopefully more and more of this happens to get more of them out of the game and move on to stocks or something. That way more of these builds can actually go to drivers.

Live by the sword, die by the sword. There will be a bunch of cars with weird specs on the market that can't justify the asking price. Wait a bit and their prices will suddenly become more flexible

Curious, I am new to Porsche and I am one of the geniuses that had to pay 20K for an allocation, so how are we so sure there are so many "flippers" out there? Like everyone else out there I would have liked to pay MSRP.......couldn't make it happen.

Plenty of folks get these cars at MSRP, both brokers and private party. Flippers usually are the folks that have some excuse that we have heard a million times and are trying to sell their car without even putting a mile on them. I am sure there is an occasional real person that has had some unforeseen circumstance but most not.

Yes like you I would have had to pay an ADM and just won't therefore I am enjoying my .1 and logging plenty of miles. There are plenty of folks on the sidelines that would have bought these cars at MSRP and rather than trying to flip them or turn them quickly for profit would actually go out and enjoy the hell out of them. Unfortunately it is the nature of GT cars and Porsche. Where there is profit to be made, folks will go. Capitalism at its finest.

Great....sounds like a plan and maybe, just maybe I can get the 991.2 GT3 for 20K under MSRP. I will wait patiently at my computer for this price change to occur.
