Went Mountain biking yesterday. Tried for the first time the roof top bars (original 987, took me a year and a half to find one used in Europe) and bike racks. Worked perfect and super easy to install de-install.

When I purchased my car the owner had a new sport exhaust he had not installed and included it with the sale. I thought hey free exhaust I should install it.
Old one removed New one installed.
It's a Circuit Werks from eBay but like I said, free exhaust. Really wails at high RPM but almost like stock driving like a responsible adult.
destroyed my fronts at last months VIR event. Some of the front shims were seized in the pistons and wouldn’t come out. Plus a little uneven wear. So, ended up doing a rebuild on the front front calipers with new slotted rotors up front and pads all around. Leaving the fronts without shims for now to see how it goes.

What'd you think of the Girodisc rebuild kit and have you used any others?

it’s been quite a while since I’ve done a brake caliper rebuild, and the last one was on a motorcycle. Regardless, the kit had what I needed, and was good quality, as far as I can tell.
service was fine, but it did take a little while for it to arrive.
If only they'd sold those in the US with a manual trans, I'd currently own one. Love the looks, the platform, and the powertrain of the Guilia Quad
Friend wanted a manual too, but they also stopped offering it in Europe. The only manual used (think it was around 50-70k km) he could find was more expensive than a new one so he decided to option out what he wanted. The car is really cool in person and sounds great.
