Installed Aliexpress LED turn signals in the rear of the 987.2 - the car has a wacky bulb assembly for this, but the Ali bulbs worked great and are low cost. Here's one installed, to compare to the stock bulb (yes, the other turn signal is actually on!):
MUCH brighter and almost a drop-in replacement... I'll take it!

Installed new Porsche rotors, pads, caliper hardware, and sensors all the way around. Second time I’ve done this on the car (I drive a lot of miles).
Flushed / power bled brake system and clutch. Clutch slave is more accessible than I thought.
Oil and filter change, with sample sent out for analysis, per usual.
Maniacal attention to torque specs. Minimal blood loss. 😉
Not looking forward to freshening parking brake bits. Lots of springs and stuff in there. 😬

Ran the flat Valentine 1 Gen 2 power cord from the fuse box into the A pillar (just yank it out) into the windshield trim strip after removing the sun visor. Used an add a circuit tap in a switched fuse.

Not today but rather last weekend, at around 15 months and 6k miles of ownership, I turned 90,000 miles during the first leg of a 750 mile road trip. It was pretty anticlimactic as I was stuck in an interstate standstill.
I've done a fair amount of upkeep this year including a clutch and flywheel job, timing chain tensioners, drive belt pulleys, plus a newer steering wheel from a Macan, Rennline wheel studs, and probably some other things I'm forgetting.
If I couldn't do this work myself there's no way I could justify having this car! What a fun machine it is and I'm glad to be back in Porsche world after several years away.

A couple of updates to the old Cayman. Full OEM Cayman R suspension installed, right down to OEM bearings, top mounts, bump stops, etc. Custom 19" wheels made to emulate the old Speedline wheels used on Ferrari Challenge cars in the 90's. Wheels and tires have some heft to them, each corner is about 5lbs heavier than stock, but they look good and the weight gives me an excuse to keep my 18's around, with spacers. Last piece of this years puzzle is get my new seats installed, just waiting for a Durametric Pro to show up to start coding before wrenching.

I loves me a 5-spoke wheel.
