Current owner is going to have to account for 1000 very expensive miles IMO.
Cayman R pricing is absurd to me, paying huge premium for a car that is really only an suspension upgrade away is nuts to me. Yeah I know the R has a few other tweaks, (aluminum door skins, no door pockets, no instrument hood, 10 undetectable hp, standard aero pack, BS wheels) but this was a 4K spread new. It makes no sense as a 30K spread used.

I'd love to hear more about what these changes are. Car makers are usually pretty good at highlighting what the difference between special and run of the mill models are.

It's not as though R models have crazy high pricing. S models which are optioned similar to an R really do approach R pricing. A 987.2 S with 6-speed, Sport Chrono, PSE, and LSD are not that far off. Recently a 987.2 S model with the carbon buckets sold for more than some R models have sold for.

Dunno if this is a relist or a price cut on PCA Mart but whatever, it's low-ish miles sub-$60K Spyder with an MT and an imperfect Carfax.

Digging this one. What do you all think?
CR Dark Blue over Black Buckets, 32k mi, PDK, PCCB, accident, $73,900
From my research it is also a press car. Couldn't find it in any review videos though (except maybe the Lightning Lap car from 2012)

Has a few issues, the aftermarket GT3 vent in the bumper, imho needs to be put back to stock to retain R value. (Bumper cover + paint + splitters ~ $2.5K)
On the left side when they replaced/repaired the bumper from the reported accident it was in, the stripe looks like it was applied by a weak installer. (Too high and angled up)
Also when they repaired the bumper, they put stock Cayman splitters back on the car, not the R splitters.
This lack of attention to detail makes me think they may have also not remounted the radiator parts to vent upwards for the GT3 vent, which many don't understand. (like wrong splitters)
Other things to look for, roll bar wear for signs of harnesses to gauge track use.
Measure the wear on the PCCB rotors. RF - $6700 / LF - $4300 / RR - $6700 / LR - $4300 / pads are ~$450 per F/R
