Wow, Congratulations!
Sold my 80k miles PDK 2011 Boxster base (MSRP>$60k) with pristine/almost perfect condition and would've kept it if I didn't find a 2012 Cayman R that I can't pass up.

Oh yeah. Of course, the CDR-30 only plays Cities97... I think it has something to do with the upper left Softkey being jammed in. It sounds great, but I might want to use the CD player or bluetooth sometime.

Agreed! People who don't follow this market don't realize how rare a car that is. The 9A1 motor with a 6 speed!!! Great car. I own one.

If you buy it, make sure the seller gives you a current smog certificate. Chances are good it will fail the visual test if the tech bothers to look.

Looks fun and the LSD is a nice upgrade!

I don't think it would fail. It has a Carnewal exhaust which is a modified stock unit if I recall. Even if it were aftermarket, it would likely still pass (assuming it has cats although my CA memories are fuzzy if an OBD2 car of this vintage needs to go on the sniffer).

This is a great price for a seemingly well spec'd car. 987.2 S 6spd's are hard to find. Many have lower mileage at a substantially higher price point. Seems well cared for with thoughtful modifications.

Personally, I would steer FAR clear of any 987.1 'S' version....from any cooler climate. Unless you find a very rare 'unicorn'....it's only a matter of time before the 3.4l is bore scored.
