on the arena C4S - it might seem high now, but today's prices are not based on today's value, imo. they're based on tomorrow's speculative prices looking forward. the longer a buyer waits/the longer these cars sit at these prices, the more the market catches up. people are probably factoring [asking] prices based somewhat on potential value in 12-24 months.

Because like real estate, these things NEVER go down.
These cars are very hard to find right now and the prices are going through the roof! This one is priced to sell
That's crazy, seats look like crap and it has a roll bar which means it has probably been beaten to death on the track. If that's the kind of car I could get for that amount of money I might as well not even look for one of these.
Not sure about this one......" I don't know if this is a factory or aftermarket installed wide body". Correct me if I'm wrong but a wb goes for almost double what a nb does. For that amount of money, I'd find out if it was a true wb BEFORE i list it.

Typically, track cars are well maintained (as they need to pass tech inspection).
Just saying

Considering the WB coupes were only made for MY 94 in C4 configuration for US market I would assume it is not factory which IMO devalues this one.
