Be interesting to see where this one goes, seems like the kind of car a lot of folks would like to enter the 964 world with; nice color, C2/5 some motor work and yet the paint is driver quality so you can have some fun right now.

Maybe I am crazy, but I don't understand why someone would sell a car knowing that brakes need to be replaced.
Not to mention the smile on the bumper being jacked up- personally those are small things that should be fixed before putting a car for sale. What else is wrong that you don't see?
Just my .02 cents!

As a wise man once said: "You're not buying the car. You're buying the previous owner"

Agreed! With a weekend in the garage one could sort out most if not all of the small issues. Doesn't know if the chip toggle switch works? Why not umm, try it (plausible deniability maybe)? And with this being a 90, am I missing an upgrade to head gaskets/orings. I didn't see the part #'s or a mention of machining his heads. I know it doesn't "need' to be done, but why not if you're already in there. With little things not being done while prepping for a sale, really makes me wonder about the care or lack there of during the ownership.

With that said, I can't see this pulling strong money at all. I think the owner is leaving a good amount of coin on the table by not addressing the little details that matter to most prospective buyers and with a bit of work the new owner might get him/herself a steal.

^^^ flip the switch how hard could it be right? Still, nice color, the interior looks pretty good (and factory seat coverings, not redone) and the underneath is dry. 150k plus miles so don't expect top dollar because some BAT buyers still think that matters and hardly anyone outside of our group is as attentive to the smile, or frown in this case. A call to the shop that did the work would be a good idea but for me the reported accidents are the main issue. The gushing comments on BAT are fairly nauseating.

Just noting this car.... My feelings about this dealer are well documented around here... but it is a 964 for sale in the US. Great? I doubt it.

Afraid to even inquire what they’re asking for this unicorn. Nevertheless, glad to see it’s been driven and not kept as a showpiece.

I believe they are asking approximately $325k. It's mint and I've looked it over thoroughly.

I read a thread on Pelican where they called this "Dog Dick Pink" and now that is all I think of when I see a Rubystone car

No. But if i were a betting man I would bet the miles aren't accurate, the car has had some track time and the owner had a dog. Also it was a pretty good hit to bend the smile that much.

I'm a little disappointed you didn't identify the breed of the dog

Lol that is exactly what I thought (no joke) when I quickly looked at the pictures. I would venture to guess the dog had some longer nails based on the scratches on the door inserts and pockets.
