A video was posted showing a documentation binder. The last page displayed showed a for sale ad from 2016 for €225k.

Car will never meet reserve. driver quality car Germans will still want $250k minimum. Good to see them fishing around a marginal driver to see if a US buyer will bite.

Either way car would be a blast to drive and well worth anything under $200k.

964 RS. Best of what Porsche has ever offered. Dont believe me go drive one. Simply perfection

No doubt the car was extensively tracked and had a full respray most likely down to bare metal hence the readings being in the 8 to 13 mil range. Missing mag wheels a 3.8 slip fit rebuild at 41k miles. Cut carpet for harness bolts, roll bar etc etc. A pristine RS might be worth $300k a driver like this assuming no accident history being a driver as Jbarnes states under $200k possibly closer to $150k. I would have preferred the rebuild being a stock 3.6. Not a fan of the slip fit 3.8 P&C's and the gains are nominal.

Looks like RMC grabbed this one off eBay from a couple month back. Of course no mention of the obvious rear impact. Throw some Cup 1 replicas on, the original steering wheel and mark it up a solid $22k.

Great color. A shame about the poor bodywork. It might be worth overlooking if they fixed it properly. Though it looks like it needs some time on a Celette to fix properly. The least they could have done is paint the lower bumper to match the rockers. Supple leather although I think black would have been nicer.

So adding the cup replicas still doesn't eliminate the painted seals. It was overpriced the first listing LOL

Have to love carfax.

Stopped into Lamborghini of Paramus NJ to pick up brake pads for a Huracan Performante and i spied this America roadster. Quick look shows it to be a nice car. I can look closer if anyone is interested 33k miles clean car overall from my initial glance.

Asking $149,900

I started speaking with the manager regarding Gaswerk's Garage which shares the shop. I know Gaspare and he is working on my friend Lake's 356. He mentioned they had an RS in the back so we went to look. Unfortunately it wasn't an RS but and RSA and it was the car that belonged to my good friend Dennis. The car is also for sale if anyone wants me to look into please let me know

Happy Holidays.

Don't recall the year, but believe miles were low 30s and ask is ~$139k. I inquired about it a few weeks ago, when they didn't have an asking price yet. It lacks the AC option, so really tough for me to consider. (I tried driving one without AC in Oct. in IN and I found it stifling. I know it would help my track times to the office and all, but I don't think I could do it.)

They were installing new suspension when I saw it.

Pretty high price for that Roadster. I had a black one in 95 that I sold to buy a speedster.

Thanks for the information. Living in Florida would make a no a/c car a terrible choice. I sold my US Carrera Cup because of no A/C, although looking back, that was a mistake.

Last second reserve adjustment sold for $200k.

Buy fee $5,000. Shipping $5,000 proper wheels $15,000 misc sorting $15,000. Seems about right.

Car in US ready to roll. $240k. Would have been better off in the long run to pay $300k for a perfect no stories car. There are 2 or three on the market.

This should bold well for the Jeff Smith prepared Midnight blue RS car going through RM. that car will be presented as new with a few cosmetics/ mechanics sorted and ready for the road. Jeff Smith knows these cars as well as anyone and puts a full effort into making them perfect.

Provided the BAT car drives well and needs minimal mechanics. Pretty exciting car for $200k as is. Drives better than a Singer for 1/4 the price and will never lose a nickel.

Happy to see another stateside RS. Best of the breed.

The car was tracked with safety upgrades and they are returning it back to stock. I sold the rear seat delete that belongs to it a while back unfortunately. Dennis took amazing care of the car. One of the best maintained cars I can think of. I have more info regarding the car PM me if you have interest I don't want to post the info on the forums.
