I would say upper $50s if the engine is healthy. It looks to be a drivers condition car polished up a bit. Really depends on its needs.

Excellent condition (no paint work/leaks etc...) and full maintenance records I would say mid $60s would be the number. Kinda of a love/hate color combo.

I'm not sure what constitutes a late '94 C2, but I am interested to learn. I have 420355 which was built in 9/93. It has a couple of 993 parts on it - black door strikers and 2 button A/C controls.

Why do you guys think this 92 C4 coupe hasn't sold for quite some time now? Priced too high, the very unique color combination of amethyst exterior with blue interior, the fact that's it's a C4, or perhaps a combination of all such factors?

IMO you're right about a lot of those reasons...

The car has moved less than 200 miles since Aug of 2011. RED FLAG

The color combination really hurts the car, especially the blue interior with that amethyst.

C4 vs. C2.

All of the above.

Just my 2 cents

My own car here wondering what a more realistic price may be. Asking prices are all over the place. I've seen low km 993 for sale in the low 40's and up.
964's in same range and some in high 30's. Thinking mine may be low 40's in today's market given higher mileage but full rebuild?

Love the car. Problem you might be having is the carfax throws a red flag. My guess is that it was first reported in miles and then probably in KM's later. The numbers on the carfax are now all over the map.

Personally I love the car, it should be a fantastic 964 driver.

Really? Honestly I haven't even looked it up since I bought it. Do you have a screen shot you can send me? Thanks!

This is a very good point for anyone purchasing a 964. When I registered my 964 I noted in the paperwork that they didn't fill out the mileage. I went back and questioned it and they said that they normally don't fill in the mileage when the car is over 20 years old since it doesn't matter. I asked if they could put it in and they said no problem. I wanted it primarily so the Carfax continues to read correctly with each new registration and because the car has low mileage.

It's worth paying attention to these details at the time of purchase.

I don't want to debate the merits of carfax but your point is well taken. It can't hurt to have it properly documented on Carfax. In the case of this car, after looking at the carfax more closely its really odd. Its uniform up to the point it goes to Canada. After that there are reading above 220k (miles or KM ?) then back in the 140's and 150's, then back in the 220's then back again to the 160's

I am sorry I was away on vacation.

A 9/93 build date is very late build. Porsche shut down production in the summer of 93 and the production line was closed for 6 months to retool for the 993. You may have one of the last US Spec 964's produced most of the other models that I see that have build dates 9/93 or later spent a lot of time in the exclusive department while having many exclusive options installed.

May I ask if your car has a lot of exclusive options? The vin number range for the 94's are from 061 to 456. Of these 267 were 94 C4 widebody cars. That doesn't leave many C2's built for 1994 in US spec. When I first looked at the pictures and enlarged them I misread the build date as 9/93 when looking again I see it is actually 4/93. The bad boys 964 T IIRC is a late build 94 with 9/93 production vs mine which is a 5/93 build. Although I see some 993 changes to my car like the center latched vs side latched glove box, the air pump with safety light and some other minor changes the BB car had the black striker plates, ribless door molding and other changes that we see in a lot of the later build 964's all common to the 993.

I would see what PCNA says being only 100 vin numbers away from the last 964 coupe built. It is very possible that most of the last cars were the WB C4's so yours may be close to the end of the US spec 94 C2's.

I have to correct myself after looking at these numbers I was under the impression that there were 160 US spec C2's built it may very well be that that number is only 129.

just one: 10011 which seems to be something related to the leather seating.
