Ultra low miles, rare and beautiful color combination, C2, manual.. if he isn't leaving money on the table at that price then the 964 market is cooling.
What do you think about this car? Seems nice on the outside. Would need a PPI for sure. But $60K isn't terrible considering this bubble/market.
I was interested but no PPI's are allowed, no paperwork, nothing... the auction company said the owner recently brought it over from Japan and forgot all the paperwork back there. Its not worth it when I'm not able to get a good look at the car.

That's pretty crazy. How could he forget the papers!? I'm going to Werks on Friday, but won't be there to see the car when it goes up on Thursday.

I not willing to take off Thursday to go do a visual inspection on that car. I'm sure somebody will buy it and take the risk. For $37k reserve pricing I would roll the dice but not for what they're looking to get out of it. I'll also be at Werks on Friday too.

Yeah, $37K isn't terrible for this car/mileage/etc. (all things considered). Heck, if there's $10K worth to be put into the car, that's still a decent price. But yeah, I'm with you. A $55K gamble is a *big* gamble.

$55k + 10% buyers fee + tax/tile/license at purchased price = $65k.... I'm good
