Oh no! You know what you've gone and done now?
You've created a clean bit. You'll have to do the rest now
My OCDs are twitching just looking at that picture

Can I ask did Spectrum refurb the oil line I've highlighted, I'm struggling to find someone local that can do the 90 degree in 22mm

Hi, spectrum only replaced the flexible sections of the hard lines. They didn't replicate the entire line. I'd be surprised if the metal section of your line could not be reused as the plating on them appears to stand up well.
Rub them back and I'm sure you'll find it's just a thin surface corrosion.
Get the flexible hose sections replaced first then rub them back and paint/spray them with a coat of something durable. Mine only had a few minor spots of surface rust and certainly didn't warrant replacement.

Cheers Rob, I'll break out the emery cloth and XL tub of elbow grease and see how they look.

I'm sure my rigid hoses are brass, now we've cleaned the up. They will get a few coats of clear lacquer, new flexible hoses and job done!

Cutoff the old rotten exhaust manifold flange.

Measured up and drew the new one. I'll ask around a few local fabrication places to see if somebody could punch one out.

Hi Rob,

I'm having one of these made as per your drawing above.

I've been quoted £80. I was wondering who did yours for you and how much it cost.

Cheers

Stuart

Try Pirtek, they did mine for the AC re-route.

Hi Stuart, think I paid something similar to that. It's not cheap but not many places work with 10mm plate. Didn't you pm me about this several weeks back? If you didn't get the reply let me know and I'll resend.

Wow - that's certainly ambitious on a car that size and with those lines. Good skills indeed. I've done it once before on one of the caterhams I've built. 100% CF body work. It was soooo light.

This is something I've wanted to have a go at for ages, and now you've gone and given me more stuff to look into, that'll inevitably delay my own project!!

(thanks though, great find!)
