Unfortunately I'm not going to be about to pick the car up until Thursday next week But between then and Sunday I've set myself a target and sole focus to get the motor back in and fired up. Not driveable, just capable of being started. Not going to do anything else on the car until that point is reached. Should be do-able.

Can't wait to hear it run. That will be a big milestone! Almost exactly 12 months since it last ran.

Looking at this picture here, I don't recognise the really long part on the right hand side of the image. I certainly don't recall removing a part like that from my car Anybody know where it should live ?
