I got my 964 from him and seen the car a few times while being built, amazing spec (Carbon fibre roof, RSR engine ...) I don't think the car is far off a Singer, financially or performance wise. Really nice to see it complete and on the road.

Good looking headlights on this 964 restomod. Anyone have contact info for this guy? Would love to find out where he sourced them.

Car was done by RPM here in UK with some bits done at other places. Headlights are actually RPM, have heard they are around £1200 so probably $1600 + shipping and customs.

Thanks for posting, it looks like a very classy interpretation. I like the lightweight carbon spoiler and grill. Does anyone have any more information on those items please?

Cheers,
Paul

Paul, the car is mine and to answer your question - the spoiler was heavily fettled to get the fit right but I will enquire on repeatability for you (in all the excitement I don't know if moulds were made!) The guy who fabricated the grill swore he'd never make another as it took so long to get right! I've enjoyed reading about your car btw - lovely.

The car looked amazing and that was with all its guts out, really liked the shade of ivory colour you chose too. Have you weighed it yet?

Hi Mondrian - understand you bought your 964 from me! Hope you are enjoying it?

Thanks for the positive comments too. I have the car at home to do some shakedown testing. She's running rich and needs a road map which we will be doing next week, but blimey! What an engine. So far I haven't touched the sides! We still have plenty to do to call her finished but by the New Year we should be able to officially call the project finished (for now!). So looking forward to the spring and getting as much track time in as possible next year in between normal road use. I will post more detail at some point but for now I'm just enjoying having her with me after a year!

The kerb weight is 1060kg without front seats in answer to your question.

I was looking for a ST backdate base car and came across yours at RPM - Ollie & co showed me around your "project" and having seen your impeccable taste (colour, seats, Ohlins) & the attention to detail in your project I figured I can't go wrong with your old one (slate grey). I actually prefer your idea of backdate to the singers - a much more elegant interpretation of the classic. Enjoy the car - hope to see it in the flesh someday.
