Nick its electrical not mechanical.

I have had the abs computer out and cleaned it, It might just be a dirty joint causing the warning lamps.
The brakes are fine as I have gone through this with two very experienced porsche technicians.
I wouldn't risk my car,but none of us should be neading ABS as its a leisure drive? I am only going for a cruise not the cannoball north wales run.

If its a who's the fastest and the best driver run I won't be playing that game, I think that sort of challange should be better saved for a RENNLISTERS go kart day evening etc as the only thing that can get damaged there is your pride.

ps, I rode north wales for eight years on motor bikes with a gang of lads, plod is every where and the general driving standards of the general public is poor.
So take it easy make the best of the scenery and go home and look forward to us all going go karting at a latter date to sort out who is the stig.

See you in the morning,

gaz.

No, I love being last.

On a serious note my printer has gone *its up! so I need to follow you appletonn as I bet you have a GSCE level one in map reading.
Sorry I did history so I am your man on Jethro tull and the seed drill and crop rotation system.
I have a tom tom for getting me to places I haven't been before,so I am crap with maps and my other half likes gazing out the window and teaching me how to drive.

Many, many factors have gone against me for both the turbo and the '68 but we will meet for lunch if only to bring cake.

My darling wife thinks bringing the Prodrive Impreza on a Porsche run to keep up (or stay ahead) isn't really in the spirit..

Wise words indeed. Though not all Prodrive Imprezas were created equal . . . . .

Just back from an excellent day....dry, winding almost empty roads shared with fellow 964 and other Porsche owners

With mine off the road I had the great pleasure of riding shotgun in Sifly's beautiful 964 turbo
