Nothing wrong with tips but being a tip and a cab they don't command the premium manual coupes do. The engine is still worth at least $15k alone.

Congrats on the buy and many safe and healthy miles.

Thanks to everyone on this thread/forum for the invaluable information, especially for a newbie. Would love to get some input and thoughts on this vehicle:

'91 C2 Cab, Tiptronic. 85k miles, asking $30k, Supposedly clean, but has been on the lot for a long time. Mixed reviews on here for the dealer who move a lot of 911s. Located in Portland. Was hoping to get some initial takes before I reach out to get a PPI.

I have a 1991 C2 manual with 128,000 miles that I am planning to sell. Car has been thru a window out resprayed about 1500 miles ago, and it had a rebuilt title from 2008. Recent PPI shows strong leakdown tests but also discovered oil leaks at chain housing, valve cover and case thru bolt o ring. Car is located in Vancouver BC Canada, What is a reasonable ask?

Is the respray in this original Blue color, or was the color changed?

Default bought for $17,800.....in 2007

Hi, I bought this in 2007 in my wife's moment of weakness. Flew out to L.A. and had it my garage before she could change her mind. I paid $17,800 US for it. At the time it had 83k miles on it. It now has 110k miles on it. Since I've had it, I had a complete motor out rebuild, added PSS10's, changed wheels to Speedlines. Other than that, it's pretty stock. Runs great and have been totally happy with it.

That is an absolutely gorgeous 964, and a beautiful photo as well!

Would love your thoughts on what a '90 964 C2 5spd coupe that fits the following description would go for these days:
86k mi, dry SoCal car since new, zero rust, Diamond Blue ext w/ dark blue int, resprayed in same color in 2016 due to sun fading, driver grade, has accident on carfax, clean title. KW V3, 7.5/9 Cup 1s, roll bar.

Ballpark range?

That’s a desirable color combo. Due to accident maybe high $60’s but that’s a really rough guess. To get a better estimate it would help to know what maintenance has been done over the past 5 - 10 years and what it needs. Pictures would help too.

Hi guys,
i'm new to the forum, have been following for about a year now and finally decided to post as it seems I found a car of interest to me.
It's a european model year 1990, c4 coupe, black with burgundy interior, with 250k km. The Ppi showed the engine and differential are in need of a re-seal. Body has been resprayed, but with no rust. The car has had 8 or 9 owners, all serviced the car properly, with invoices included.. Price 45k eur. Any thoughts?

I am guessing you are also located in Europe. If you can get it for $38-$40Euro, you are in good shape. A reseal and modest cosmetics which probably are needed based on the Kms and the amount of owners is easily going to run you about $6-$10k in the US. A 150K+ miles C4 with US spec this side of the pond with no major mechanical needs will be in the $45K-$50K range well bought. Good luck and post photos if you end up with the car.
