Ran into some rubbing on the front of the fender with a 235/45/17 X 8 combo. Mainly on 3/4 lock and braking and turning. Tire is showing marks where it happens.
Any body have any issues with 225/45 fronts?
Quick search shows there are some that might have had.
I really don't want to go to 215 as it is not enough tire to help with C4 understeer. Car weighs 200lbs less that stock and is ROW height. Street driving only!
Thanks.

The attention to detail is incredible and the results show it. The silver finish, paint and logo works perfectly with the forward back date.
What a show piece and equally good driver.

Stoked is an understatement. Very rarely does something I envision come out better than the original plan, but this...this is something else.
Thank you for all the kind words. I have been on call at the hospital since yesterday at 4pm so once I catch up on sleep, I will post some other pictures that they sent this morning. Car is in transit, and I expect it late Sunday or Monday. Thank you all so much for the encouragement. Still lots to do but I will enjoy time with the car this summer.

Very nice. Congrats.
Nice decision to position the lower line of the side PORSCHE decal on the top edge of the rocker to eliminate some of the 'flab'.
Enjoy in good health & post more pics of the interior!
