Someone had asked a while back for pics of my radiator mount. I had the rad out a few days ago and took some pics. I did this a long time ago because I was having cooling problems on track with my LS swap. The LS sat so far forward that there wasn’t much room for air to exit the fan shroud, especially with my thicker Wizard Cooling rad. So his mounting setup tilts the rad forward quite a bit. It has the unforeseen side benefit of leaving more room for a larger intercooler, since the stock sheet metal cross brace is gone. Also, coincidentally, a larger and less expensive Griffin radiator fits well and can slide in from the top or out the bottom with the radiator mods I made (shown in a previous post).

Gents, Alan and I were not getting the results we wanted doing the zinc plating ourselves. After discussing with Cerakote to confirm the coating is good for internal engine components we decided to Cerakote the inside and outside of the lower sumps, which turned out great! However, it is extremely labor intensive for us and in the end we decided to outsource the coating of the lower sumps to a local zinc plating company.
With all that being said, we have 4 lower sumps that are black cerakoted (pictures below). We did 5 but I took one of them. Would any of you prefer black cerakote before we pay to have them blasted and zinc plated?

Well, we have some unfortunate news. As of tomorrow, all non essential Ohio businesses and travel will be shut down until April 6th. With that being said, we will obviously be unable to get much if any work done in during that time, meaning deliveries are going to slip into April. I am sorry for that, as we have been doing everything in our power to adhere to the goal of shipping everything (minus bellhousings) in March. Please stay safe everyone, these are unprecedented times.

Im not surprised either, Maine is doing something similar (The university I go to closed its doors and everything is online now).
Unfortunate and disappointing, but this is for the best. No worries Mike, on the plus side viewers now have NO excuse to not watch your YT content!!!
