Can someone point me to a source with a variety of quality pop-off valves? I really like that idea!

Really Sterling? Have you taken your heads off to see if it is still in good shape from the limited running you did? Oh, - well you have the block plate as well, so you wouldn't be able to see it.

Sterling, sorry to be off topic but how are you activating variocam on your 928 motor? Are you using 968 electronics? Its funny how most of the 968 owners dread those variocam tensioners while others like you embrase them and want them on their motors.
There have been too many cam sprocket failures or cam chain failures due to variocam tensioners on 968s. I am sure you are aware of that and they finally lead to bent valves to say the least.
