Default Green Hunter dyno - 514 rwhp @ 17 psi

Tonight I drove 100 kilometer to a place that have a new Dynojet.
Did many runs with different boost levels and played around with variocam.

514 rwhp at 1.15 bar / 17 psi - this is with a conservative ignition curve and pump fuel!!!

Will post more info and pics soon.

Edit: adding scanned charts:

500+ hp at the wheels! Thats an excellent result. 16v is the way to go...one day I will get there but nice work with your setup, you put a lot of thought into it and it shows

Alright some more info. First of all, this is of course the mighty 3.0l 16v turbo engine. Made very interesting findings when it comes to VarioCam and turbo...

Different boost levels:
0.6 bar / 9 psi: 380 rwhp / 453 nm
0.8 bar / 11-12 psi: 438 rwhp / 519 nm
1.0 bar / 14.5 psi: 482 rwhp / 565 nm
1.15 bar / 17 psi: 514 rwhp / 610 nm

Dyno chart 1.15 bar:

I'm going to check the videocam now

Thanks!

Look how nice the those curves are. Gotta love 16v!
(and for those not paying attention, torque is in Nm on the chart so no talk about the lines not crossing)

Looks good. Very impressive. What did you do bottom end wise with the motor? Its not still running that really high compression is it?

What did you find about the Vario-cam?
I would think you would do a couple of pulls with it on and off, then set it to switch over at the rpm that makes the most sense.
