I've mounted the front brake cooling intakes and routed 3" hoses to the rotors.
Changed oil and filter a 3rd time, this time to a proper oil (Castrol 10w-60). Changed some oil gaskets for the turbo return pipe and replaced a leaking oil pressure sender.
Raised the revlimit to 6500 and went out tonight for more testing, logging and tuning.
No GPS-data but calculating from data log file RPM's it seems the car does 100-200 km/h in 8.64 sec at a super low 0.6 bar of boost

Whooah! Looks excellent. No problem with air flow and heat dissipation now Duke. Very nice. The only minor concern that I'd have is if it rains heavily?
Just drive faster!!

Gustaf,
looks nice, Hans sent you some nice hood
Now waiting for the mirrors.
btw. i have a similar clone mirror set under some modification for son's project. I just found out how to attach them better and have all functions like factory one's have. I'll do one set ready and let you know how to make it.

Hans was kind enough to provide me with a hood. Will post pics later of the kevlar underside
Heavy rain will give me a washed engine

Thanks.
I'm only using the stock latch at the moment. The hood is stiff enough, but it's a few millimeters too high at one corner, and my fiberglass nose panel is a few millimeters low at the same place so it doesn't look perfect head on. Oh well... it's pretty nice for a street legal race car

I've done around 700 km on the engine. Did a track day in 30+ C degrees (in the shade) and had water temps never exceed 85 C and oil temp 90 C. So cooling is under control. However, the coolant has started to become pressurized under boost so the head gasket doesn't seal 100%. Still only low boost so power hasn't exceeded around 370 bhp.
So now I'm in the process of changing head gasket. This time to a stock fiber gasket.
