hey sean and patrick, see you guys have been buzy, rubber hoses on oil coolers is cheating btw is it placed where brake ducts used to be? hard to tell from pics.

a buddy had me weld some of his stuff, buttwelding, barely used any stick at all, he got 2-3mm wallthickness SS piping for the exhaust.. heavy as .. well an elephant, but so easy to weld you would just laugh. and cheap for him to. its supposed to be used for plumbing or something.

Very nice work. I am betting you will be drowning in work once you get a couple of these on the track/road.

You guys are doing a nice service down there.

Hey Anders,
The oil cooler is in the position where the brake duct use to be. You also have to cut some sheet metal from under the headlight to get it to fit. It's a Porsche oil cooler and we use factory oil cooler lines(brand new). The hard line from the original oil cooler must be cut and modified into a better shape. Then welded up.

I do enjoy welding, making something all by yourself.

Thanks, it's good fun modding these cars. There is just so much potential. Our main work is service and repair of all Porsche cars. But we do have a thing for the 944's and 928's

Update time again. Niks 16v is getting very close to starting. finished off the ports for the turbosmart recurculation valve. Fabbed up a catch can. added a port to the SFR inlet for the brake booster. lots of little things too.

Looking at these pictures reminds me of a song
"To the window, to the wall, (to dat wall)
Till the sweat drop down and fall (AND FALL)
To all them females crawl (crawl)
To all skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet skeet! to all skeet skeet goddam"

Very nice progress!
