I gotta agree with Sam on the Lemans spoiler - it looks gorgeous on Winslow's car. The pic doesn't do it justice. I have always wanted the 968 wing, but Winslow's made me think twice.

Thanks Michelle,

Boy, did that spoiler get trashed, of course everyone knows what I think about NZ's opinion, nothing. You took a ride in my car with me, at about 165MPH. Even with alittle more rear toe in than I would like, I think you mentioned to me something like "planted".

It fits, it looks right to me with the AIR splitter on a lowered car, and it's mine and paid for. WTF, why do people feel the need to trash other peoples cars.

If the guy who posted earlier about using my wing for a BBQ table would like to follow through, come to my house.

I don't recall see his car at 944Fest getting the Judges Choice Trophy, or coming in third place at a PCA concourse or pulling 320.8 hp on its last dyno run.

Winslow:

I have to say that the wing on your great looks fantastic. Also, I personally think your car is beautiful! When my car is done, we should hook up. Where in NJ are you? I'm in Moristown.

I've been considering whether to do the 968 rear wing or the Lemans rear wing. My 89 is black with AIR front splitter and after seeing your car it pushed me right on over the the Lemans Spoiler! I will have to do the flames too.

Rob,
I'm in Flemington, and it is about time for Susan to make chile for the NJ 944 contingent like last year. I will consult the Princess for a good date. I have a busy Feb w/ working at the Rolex, a brief vacation and a new job.

Winslow:

Wow, you're not far from me at all, maybe 45 min to 1 hr? Very close. That's great. And hey, no rush with getting together. I know you are busy, but also, I don't have my car, yet? LOL. I'll have it by spring for sure. Look at my p-car online profile for the details to my car too.

Let's keep in touch. And good luck with the new job too!

RKD:

I've never seen that type of rear spolier before. I think it's absolutely beautiful on Winslow's car! He has a stunning package. You may want to get that Lemans Spoiler too. It will make your Mad Max Mobile look bad ***!

Now wait a minute Winslow. I know your area pretty well. Flemington is kind of "out there", so there are some hilly billys where you live!

Maybe if we all come over for chile, you can show us the red neck, jack-up truck that you have in the shed! J/K .....LOL. I used to have a 2002 Yukon with a 6 inch lift on it too!

I love Chile!

Post Script: I like the splitter lots! Did you use the 968 duct to create a postive air pressure air intake? Or some other design? Also, ever thought of some clear lenses?

Post Post Script: Can you post an OT MP3 of your banjo playing skills?

The duct is factory 931, my goal was to blow a little cool air over the turbo and brake master cylinder to help reduce brake fade at the track.. No clear lens, to rice for my tastes.

Ah yes ita a little big for the 968 one insnt it. Have you done any temp testing? And yeah, clear lenses are rice, but look so good! They go well with a nice hot chile.
