Never seen a 89 car with one fitted as standard. Most are late 90 and 91 cars unless they have been retro fitted.

Ahh, thanks! Looking at that I think its too much. On black (HPFarms car) it seemed to blend in and it looked ***-in-awe-some.

AIR-style splitter and a replica 968 Turbo wing

Some people hate the wing, some don't care and some love it. I'm pretty pleased with it myself

I love the wing sami! Where did you buy it? Is it carbonfiber in the middle, or is everything fiberglass or what they call it?

Nice looking car!

It's an old Van Zweeden piece which I got second hand here in Finland. All fiberglass... the trim pieces don't fit 100%, but it's decent enough for me

I`ve heard exactly the same thing! I dont trust Van Zweeden.
GT-racing also got the same wing, but I think the wing is labeled GT-Racing in the center? Dont want that eiter. And its in carbon fiber, not that nice to paint over i believe..

Konstantin, I bought it from another Finn who had imported the car from Germany in 1999. VIN WPOZZZ95ZGN140089, delivered in June 1985 to a Porsche dealership who had the car for like half a year (demo car maybe?). It was since sold to another dealership, which had it for two or three years if I remember correctly (company car for some employee..?). After that, some guy with a Greek sounding name bought it and had it till 1999... I can check the details and the former license plates from the fahrzeugbrief if you want.

You're right about the Van Zweeden quality, the wing wasn't nearly bolt-on stuff but fortunately the guy who had it before me did most of the hard work

Well, what a great post!!!! I certainly have received enough pics and ideas to make my choice!!!!!

AIR it is for the front splitter!!!!
968 Turbo Wing for the rear wing!!!!

Sure did like the different takes on nose panels and that one black 951 with the NAPA DUCT just over the turbo. Great photos. Thanks for those who took the time to post and for others chiming in with their thoughts! Andy.

tommo: Even 911 & Porsche World magazine did a 944 review "Better than a 911" and talked in details on the car, they also mentioned the rear 'bridge' spoiler........

I shall scan itr when i get home today (i may have mis-read the dates?).......

The bridge spoiler was standard on '90 951 and '91 S2.
