Nice! Much better without the orange! I am thinking of just doing something like that but to cover the orange section.

Also, what exhaust is on the car? Looks good.

I had my top repaired, new skin and motors synced. i can now go back to power mode, but not 100%sure if i want to do it. It is slow and you have to get out of the car anyway to put the cover on, but its the way its "supposed" to be.

Wonder how many people are still using their tops in power mode versus manual...and why? Poll maybe?

I am still using power mode. I understand the logic behind going manual, but knock on wood, I haven't had any issues yet.

Temporarily installed the new splitter to help me decide if I want it white or grey.

Installed the smoked front side markers.

Drove it up to the local car show. Top down, windows down.
Driving home after dark it was so cold...

I had to put the windows up.

I hope everyone experiencing real cold tonight is safe and warm.

Default DC Area Cabs

I've been away from the forum for some time and its good to see my thread is still going strong with A LOT of nice cabs from all over the world

Culture, lets plan on meeting this spring somewhere between VA and MD. I'm just now getting back to my car. I've been working on building up my wife's Jeep.
I need paint and help with power steering. Any recommendations?

I have to get caught up on all the posts!

Default Been away. Back again

My 91 Cab was in storage for a few years. Now with fresh belts and rollers, cam chain tensioner pads, several seals and gaskets, water pump and new fluids...it can't wait for some decent weather.

In Central Ohio.

Looks good in white!

It hit 45 degrees here in Chicago, so I took advantage and did the switch to Royal Purple 15w-40 synthetic, and Red Line 75w-90 synthetic gear oil. It was also nice to see that the old tranny fluid was clean.

Smoked the front turn signal lenses and the side markers.

I'll see if I like the smoke tint or if I want to replace them with clear.

I'm debating doing all the rear lights in the smoke tint.

I just installed clear turn signals on mine. I love the look. But I can't find clear side markers anywhere.

I personally think the all red looks better in the rear. But you'll probably beable to pull off smoked with your setup.

Painted the 968 door handles in white plasti-dip. Started painting the lower plastic pieces as well. I'll get them all painted and on the car and post some pics later this week.
