^ I do like your interior. Thinking of replacing my airbag wheel with a Momo as well

i have the jager rings and need to install them this winter. someone asked before, what muffler did you use or is that just a dual exhaust tip? must be a fresh paint job...so clean.

and azbanks...jealous of your weather that allows you to keep on driving/working on the car. didnt know you had that style front splitter. def be curious to see it in grey. maybe someone can give you a pshop render.

wcfrog...we can get together anytime. unfortunately, my car needs a new clutch and is waiting for me to decide if i going to tackle that job myself or pony up or the $3K to get it done. want to get it driveable again by warm weather time.

its a stock muffler with a welded quality dual tip. i like the look better and to my surprise, it changed the entire sound of the exhaust. i love it
paint is original, the previous owner was a super meticulous guy, the interior was even better

Let me know if you do it yourself. I'd like to see it done. I can lend a hand but thats about it. Mine is probably not to far behind. Where did you go for paint? I need that too.

Parked her in the garage until I figure out what the new "ticking" noise is. Perhaps it's just jealousy. I was, after all, looking at a Boxster when she started making the noise.

Unrelated, but if the DC-area cabs get together, let me know and I'll happily join

Plasti-dipped the 968 door handles and the lower side plastic pieces in white.

Installed the passenger side 968 door handle but it is binding up so I gotta take it back apart.

Does anyone have a spare computer/dme I can borrow for a '90 S2 cab? Mechanic says it's bad but before I spend for a replacement I want to make sure. I'll pay shipping both ways and will make a small deposit in your PP account for your trouble.

Once it's back on the road I'll post pictures!

Culture, to your point I dont want to end up with the wrong painter. I dont want a $10,000 paint job on a $7000 car but I do want a respectible job.
Does anyone have any recommendations on a good paint shop in the VA/DC/MD area?

my car was in good shape paint wise when i was looking for a painter. noone wanted to do it and more than one tried to send me to a restoration shop. i guess they feared id be super **** or something. never heard anything less than $6k. and my car didnt have any dents, rust or creases. good luck. i've yet to have a good experience with a painter.

There's a collision shop called Paragon in Raleigh, NC that is considered the best commercial painter around. It is where the local Lexus, Mercedes, Porsche dealers take their cars. I have done 3 cars there and the work was extraordinary. It's not near MD DC VA but you'll get top shelf product for reasonable insurance rate pricing...perhaps worth the distance.
