"kept in a garage since 2020" - high grass around where it's parked
"leather is in very good condition" - except for the cracks and the splits
"body panels almost perfect" - except the big dent in the front p/s fender
"it will need two front tires" - what the hell did it hit that blew both tires and put a dent in the fender. Is that ps wheel pushed back?
Looks like the 8" H4s were swapped out for some aftermarket units...but no front-on pics.
You gotta wonder what else is going on with this car. I guess $4,200 isn't bad for the sum of its parts.

Yeah typical ad speak. Its about as accurate as BringATrailer though
I have to question the accuracy of the description:

It goes with the dilapidated property it sits on. It may be a Euro but will need 5 figures to just run and drive.

This '92 ROW @ no reserve on BaT is intriguing. I'm surprised at where the bidding is with a little over an hour and a half to go. I know the action happens at the end, but still. I imagine if there wasn't speculation about the ease of importing/titling in the US, there'd be more interest.
I know that Maine, being a non-title state when it comes to classic cars, trailers and boats, there is no title - just a registration. Title states must acknowledge the registration and bill of sale as valid ownership and issue a title when the new owner applies for one. I assume the same is for those types of vehicles coming into the states from Canada. Is that correct?
