'Dallas GTS
That is a beautiful car meticulously maintained I bet. Somebody ****** that up, somebody Irish that likes black and tan From the Ad: *THIS VEHICLE SUBJECT TO LUXURY TAX* Anybody from TX know how much that might add to the price? I think it is actually under-priced, but the market is soft.
The Paul Champaign and Greg Brown attributes make it very desirable, otherwise it is pretty much stock, but mine is faster, and only a few dollars more.

That would have been the Federal Luxury tax that was repealed in 2002. This was probably a quote from the window sticker. At the time it was 10%.

Luxury Tax
The Wife said,
"In Texas I think its 6.25
Texas doesn't have a "luxury tax"
Connecticut has a higher TAVT % for high end automobiles"

This guy claims to have the 79 Scarface 928. Apparently he says the car is in St. Petersburg, Florida and that the car will never be for sale. He said that it is currently white with 16" rims and that his dad got after filming at his porsche repair shop back then. Link is below. Wonder if anybody can change his mind.

"Maybe I can help, this car is owned by my Father and now resides in St. Pete Fl. He purchased after the movie was shot, as he owned a porsche specialty repair shop, doing one off customs rebuild etc. The car was pretty badly beaten up in filming. It is now white with 16 inch rims.
The car is a 79. but was given a light facelift by the film makers to appear just a bit more like the current model (when movie was filmed).
No the car is not for sale.
No the car will never be for sale in my fathers lifetime.
The car and 140 +/- other including a 59 coupe with 19k miles and a 56 speedster that hasn't seen the rain since 58 have all been placed in trust to his church."
