I finally heard back from the seller. Said he has one firm offer and several serious lookers at this point, and if they all fall through, he'll let me know. Sounds like this one is all but gone.

 

Just received an update from the seller: Weissach sold. Hopefully to a RL'r!

my guess is the sale will not go through. The insurance co paid out big on that car and they have the sale as pending. my guess is they run it again to see if it will do better

That Euro 1978 is very local to me if anyone needs eyes on it or help. Not that its evident that it is a total Restoration Project.
