928s for Sale

I'll jump in with a small criticism - the 928 GTS emblem doesn't appear to be in the factory orientation (haphazardly reapplied at some point). Otherwise a very nice car. I have seen it in person before when it lived in VA.

All the newer Porsches have rear badge templates you can buy to exactly align rear lettering. I've never thought about the availability of those for 928s.

I'm unconvinced. I just reviewed butt pics of a 1/2-dozen GTS. Is there a specific flaw you see? It appears centered under the lock and the letters seem aligned with each other. But the font does not lend itself to picking-out minor alignment issues. A lot depends upon the viewing angle.

Here is the Registry page for another white late '94 just a few vin numbers higher. In the image of the rear of the car, the letters and numbers appear a little closer together IMO. http://928oc.org/registry-main/regis...s-1994-928-gts

Really nice car, and I am sure you would like it! Good luck!! I also saw it in person not too long ago. Stunning, really.
I know you are involved in a lot of transactions, Hlee, so you are more up to date than I am. But, do we say in modern English "bidded" instead if bid or bade?
I admit I leave out huge numbers of words in my posts, so I am by no means perfect. But, the conjugation did jump out at me.

And by the way it is "instead of" not "instead if" but remind me to never play scrabble against you....

If Just Peachy was stolen, wrecked, etc., I would not be listing the 928 below because I'd have already bought this to replace her. Top notch build by a fellow RL'r and IMHO with the time, quality of work and $$$$ Lance put into this epic build it's worth more that the asking price. GLWTS but truly hope you keep her. T
