Thanks Nate

Bump for Ron R., this is priced right for an 86.5 Auto that is in an all stock condition, just needs the usual refresh work done, however it runs well as it stands.

^ Not surprised really. What would a same year 911 in similar condition be worth? And honestly, despite the naysayers, the 928 is a better car. I would think this is a $50-60K car day long.

^^^ First page of the service report says it sat for 10 years before it was towed in, in 2017. That can't be good for the heads or head gasket tho.

Yep it is. Autotrader sucks for this very reason. Lots of old outdated ads that never get removed.

Seller should mark as sold or ad expires in one year as I understand

Nope. Can't be good for the heads or gaskets.

However.... I have a theory that is supported by a few data points:

It is better for the heads to sit without the engine being operated with no coolant change over a decade ...
... than it is to operate the engine a couple of times per year with no coolant change over a decade

Yah know, there's probably a lot to that. The last time I saw pasha fabric go by, it was some German company selling it for more than $100 a yard, but if you're hoping to make good money on an early car, it's probably worth the investment.
