BaT latest. '89 Auto S4, Metallic Grey over Burgundy, 127K miles, with Roger's and Sean's fingerprints on it. This one has heated seats and rear AC. Very rare.

My euro has one in addition to stamped ones in the regular locations, I understand they did that when the cars were federalized. (It got tricky when I realized the handwritten one had one character wrong when I was trying to import into Canada but fortunately all the rest of the paperwork had the correct vin that could be correlated with the stamped ones!)

'89 basket case... tired of looking at it in the yard. Listed it here in 2015, didn't move, said "screw it I'll restore it" ... and it's sat since. Hubris, I had it.
89, 5spd S4, black/black, rebuilt title
paint is extremely UV scarred, cheap respray in original color that didn't hold up. looks bad from 1000 yards.
motor runs but leaks, tensioner leaks
interior complete but worn, major dash and pod cracks, very minor passenger seat tear, ugly aftermarket door speakers
usual 12v drain, have to keep it on a charger or remove bat terminal daily
replaced all 4 shocks, replaced TB/WP, again needs a tensioner rebuild
rebuilt title, suspect a left/front collision that was professionally but not expertly rebuilt (and cheaply repainted)
my post history shows the story. if you don't care about looks this is great to drive (track car!?)
$3,500 as-is where-is, I'll trailer it within a day of KC/Omaha for gas money.

It would be helpful for others if you repost it's pics. You erased the pics from the original for sale ad in 2015.
