I don't see how a 928 could have driven so long without a pile of breakdowns. I mean, I bought mine in 2010 and it was all up-to-date. Over the ensuing years I had to get a smog pump, a steering rack, a starter motor, radiator fans, and on and on. These cars are not like the energizer bunny after all these years, stuff breaks about every 6 months no matter whether you drive it or not.
And +1 on worf's comment that so-called "buyers" (I call them low-ballers) will try to get you to sell a perfectly maintained car that has had $10,000 spent in the past year for the same price as some junker on Ebay. Ask me how I know..
Normally I would be in agreement, but for some reasons the stripe, badge on the fender, and banner across the windshield all kinda ties together nice.....no I would never do that to my car.
Despite looking pretty nice this car is not exactly going strong at BaT. $10,000 with 1 day left? Yeesh. I better lower my reserve before going live. Makes me wonder very much about the recent slate gray S4 auto with 150K miles that sold for $26K.
[QUOTE=Shark_gts;13998497]I did a walkaround video of the GTS yesterday. I have the cam set on "record live music" so I think the gain control is pretty sensitive. I predict someone will say the "lifters" are noisy (they are not).
sounds more like fuel injectors actually. Nice car!

I would not change your reserve at all, most of the bidding will be late.
