We just got off the dyno at Beyond Redline. Everything was a success and went as smooth as possible. We worked ourselves up from the previous number and decided to stop this time at 941whp!
This still has a stock crankshaft (cross drilled and lightened), factory bore/stroke engine with stock rod and main bearings, and stock S3 camshafts (modified to work in S4 heads), stock exhaust manifolds converted to v-band outlets. The cylinder heads, valves, retainers, keepers, guides are all stock. Everything regarding the oiling system is %100 stock. Stock S4 automatic transmission and torque converter!
Custom parts are pistons, rods, valve springs, OEM VW/Audi lifters, intake manifold, and of course twin turbo setup. It is currently running on pump E85 with no help from methanol. Water nozzles are used to spray the outside of the intercooler during wide open throttle. Tuning was done through a Autronic SM4 with a old outdated 106 chip.

Special thanks to the following people that helped me make this car exist:
Luke Stubbs (tuner/owner of Beyond Redline Performance) for his great knowledge for selection of parts that make this car what it is. Also his uncanny tuning abilities to safley make big horsepower without having to put the motor on its edge.

Exactly, what psi, which turbos (got a map), and what is the compression ratio (stock?)
Saw these numbers on the 3si/VR4 forum back in the day- usually pushing like 22-24 psi to squeeze it out of the 3L...followed shortly by 'my car tossed its rods all over the tarmac..."

Very cool to see someone pushing the boundaries though, really looking forward to the VID!!!!!
Are you able monitor the trans/tq converter temps during the pull(s)? How'd that go?

This is a great post Todd. Not many will see the efficiencies that are happening within the system you built - not only hardware and parts usage, but also cost efficiencies.
E85 is the wonder-fuel as far as I, and anyone else who can work through the fallacies on the web, am concerned. It's especially suited to turbo engines. You are mastering the fuel and the science of turbos like you master any new technology or concept - through concerted information gathering and listening to those who have experience (and some that don't- in the case of myself) and a large helping of your own inherent ability.

650 hp at 5K rpm. ![rockon](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/rockon.gif)
Power still climbing at 6800 rpm.![EEK!](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/eek.gif)
Dyno curve ending at ~7900 rpm.![surrender](https://rennlist.com/forums/graemlins/surrender.gif)
Did a rep from the US Geological Survey stop by after the pull to complain about setting off all the local seismometers?
