Turbos are Garrett GT3076, with Tial v-band turbine housings. For compressor map go to www.TurboByGarrett.com. Compression ratio is 8.5 to 1. now looking back I would run 10.to 1 if E85 is the fuel.

IMO one of the most impressive parts of this project (and Todd's other 928) is how stock they appear.

They start, stop, idle, cruise etc... like a bone stock 928.
Todd could take anyone familiar with the 928 for a drive and they would never know it was modified in any way.

That is until Todd's hits the "GO" pedal.... then statements like "God bitch-slapping you to Ludicrous Speed" are made.

This 928 can be seen on an almost daily basis taking Todd to work or him and his wife to a Friday fish fry (it's a Wisconsin thing).

Even in the dead of winter, Todd fires up the 928's for some exercise in-between snow storms when the roads are clear.
How else are you going to test the extreme cold start map?

Todd,

Those are some very impressive numbers, and I'm sure the engineering behind those numbers are even more impressive. Thanks for sharing this with us, and allowing us to dream of things that might be possible.

751tq going through a stock S4 automatic! How long before you blow that up or break an axle? If the answer is indefinitely, then the auto driveline is even more durable than the commonly cited.

Congrats mate. That's what i like to see!

Us 2.5L guys achieve around 400-450 rwhp if we do everything properly.

I wonder if the hybrid stroker will apply to the 928 motors the 944 guys have started to do. From a 2.5 to 2.8L on a offset grind crank or a 3.1L offset grind 968 crank.

My Goodness !

This is all just mindboggling, all that power and so few aftermarket internal engine parts.

What bore treatment / piston coating did you use ?

Yep man, that is dedication to the cause, what a weapon.

Congratulations once again, for raising the bar ...

^^ O/T, so back to the issue at hand.

So with the C/R, are your running something that approximates the stock advance curve?

With that much pressure/forced induction, do you yank the flappy, or let it function?
