Going to try the supertrapp tips.

You live in the land of outrageously low speed limits. Love that 2V rasp. Doesn't seem too loud unless its buzzes at cruising.

I think it may buzz, i still can close the baffle leafs down more though.
RSRs were and are very loud but i think it will grow tiring pretty quick.

Boy I really had a 'Rain-Man' moment with the repeating:
"it's definitely wicked light, definitely".

Like Jim says, but do shy away from there VT series:

http://www.performancetrucks.net/for...review-500677/

Could run a small single dunomax, magnaflow or ? in/single out muffler just behind your y-pipe where your cat was. Already a heat shield there.02 T

The bullit resonators/mufflers as Jim recommends would work. RU running a cat up front ? If not, you can run it in place of the cat to quiet her down a bit.02 T
I have no experience with those, and am not suggesting them.

The bullets are a simple pass-thru resonator.

Very nice, thanks for posting.

closed up the handmade baffles (don't like the look of the supertrapp tips)
little better, quarter glass in and other little bits.
Leaving out the wheel centers and repainting wheels in gloss black with (maybe)
gloss orange lip when i have some time/energy.
I want to get the polycarbonate door glazing and hatch in. The hatch experiment was a bust,
I tried to laminate in lexan ribs to keep the shape. It worked but the silicone sealant was as
transparent as i thought it would be. Will post those pics.
I do like this Porsche car now. It puts a smile on my face every morning.
I just can't obsess about the flaws, which i normally do.
