If those are msds headers and you could ship them to europa (DK) i'd buy them in a minute.

Could you send me your paypal address (priv msg) and ill transfer the $500, as for shipping fees, they should be in the $100-150 range ?

I think the supermodel bras have at least as much to do with it as 928 parts.
Oh damn, now I'm subscribed to this train wreck.

Bernhard - look at Shipito.com - they're a freight-forwarder who give you a mailbox to ship things out of California.

Their rates are much cheaper than I've been able to get via my Fedex business account, and I've used them to ship stuff like 928intl Aluminium undertrays, brake discs, and so on which were too large to go via regular USPS.

(no affilliation with them other than happy customer)

If Mark can give you an idea on weight and size of packaging you can get a quote off their website - and he can just ship to Torrance, California.

I've been out of Internet and cell phone range, for the past 5 days.

Threads like this reinforce my thoughts that being "disconnected" is a good thing.

If only the OP was clueless, I might try and explain why custom low volume stainless headers for a 928 that are Tig welded together with 3/8" stainless flanges and both fit and work are more expensive than Chinese made mild steel headers for a Chevy....but the "clueless disease" is so wide spread in this thread that it simply would not be worth the time.

Jaysus! You do know how to poke me in the ribs!

When I come down to visit in NZ I promise I will not forget the "TAXI" sign for that 4-door BMW of yours...

DrNick, you have more pics/link to your car? Interested in your wheel fitment. Those would look good on a silver OB.

As for Chinese parts, didn't the 928 waterpump market get the disease?

Al, I was waiting for you to tell me that it wouldn't matter what I took as I only drive like a sissy nowadays anyhow!

The wheels are 19" standard 911 fitment but I forget which model year or offset, can't remember what spacers if any are fitted either. Am currently on the beach in Kerala, India so can't nip out and check the car either.

I suppose it's good news for the world now that the US isn't going into a deeper recession but I wonder how the new tax regimen will affect 928 values? Probably badly as 911 owners dump there cars to pay increased tax meanwhile those guys bitchin in the thread about 911 drivers will be trading up to satisfy there rear engine envy. But maybe the tax breaks for poor and middle class will make headers seem more accessible?

The fact that someone can "hate" a car says a lot about this post. So what cars did the Camaro make look silly? I know a 914 that holds a current track record that would make most new cars look silly. As far as your Mustang GT. Why don't you put a SBC in it because 220 Hp has got to be pretty dang slow.

do you often speak about things you have no clue about? My mustang put 550 down to the wheels on a legit dyno. it runs consistent hot lap 10's all day long. AND, I have 10k that says it would run circles (and straights) around your POS any day.

and at a 7:41 ring time, I would say it ran with every day run of the mill slow cars... like the 911 turbo, and lambo murci.

I may be a lot of things, but I am also humble. I don't run my mouth, and I make sure I can back up anything that I say. It is unfortunate that many of you are not the same. For some reason, some of you think that owning a Porsche makes you a genius, or a person of great interest. I am sorry to say once again, that owning a Porsche does not in fact make you a Porsche.

Man enters 928 forum and says his Mustang is better in every way than a member's "POS" 928.

Nice...

Here's a book for you to read.
