Car has been registered in CA, and current mileage is 32,028.
I had it aligned today and will scan in the readings.
Essentially, from today, it's for sale. I think anything is possible in this summer market.
Thoughts?
Btw- the Dunlop sp8000 tires were not a good idea. I'll end up buying a new set of 225/50/16 and 245/45/16. These are rock hard. Oh well.
Car looks great, but it's red, and I can't keep it. Next project! But the sale process should be interesting.

Yep. Hot as **** in that stall and no fans, and he let it run. I went out there and turned it off just after the test. These guys are used to testing 2004 honda accords. I had already gotten it hot.
I had him test it again after I drove around and numbers looked about 30% better because it wasn't just sitting there idling with no air flow. No docs for that test - he was doing me a favor because I test all my cars there.

Can someone advise me on what "OEM like" tires I am supposed to be getting to make the car be "original" but not unsafe on old tires?

I just put a set of Continental 225 /50 16 DSW 06 on my chrome flats on my 85 Euro, its the latest version, they are sticky and they they ride very smooth and they are quiet.
I know it wasnt an option back then but tire technology has been evolving.
I dont think I would go with the Firestone's or Kumhos,
BUT you might find some Micheline's or BFGs in that size.
I think the Contis are the best choice for ride
